How it worked great for 6 months and then failed completely. That was my doh! moment. It failed because it desperately needed a new cartridge. It filtered so great that that the filter became completely blocked. So I must hang my natural bone head in shame. The water tasted so fresh. Installing took no time at all. It also has a great look appeal. The only complaint I had was that I thought I would be able to control how the filtered water came out. It come out in a sprinkle. This is great when rinsing off fruits and vegetables, but a little inconvenient when trying to fill water bottles. I simply filled a glass then poured it into my water bottle.
