The quality of the items are not to be disputed, they're wonderful. I like having the pre-cooked bacon bits on hand at all times. They're great in recipes, on salads or stuffed baked potatoes. I put a sprinkling of them on green beans to occasionally dress them up, along with a bit of diced onion and beef bouillon. The flavor and smell is incredible, they taste fresh, they don't contain a bunch of grease, are so easy to use and the texture is good. Not hard and brittle.
