Q: Is this derived from lemon or corn etc?

Unfortunately, the bottle doesn’t list what the ingredients are other than just citric acid.

Q: what percentage is it? Im looking for 5% liquid citric acid to use with dyes.

I'm not sure. It says it works "to boost acidity of wine." I know it works great to clean toilets, especially when mixed with liquid dish detergent.

Q: How many cups does the 3.5 oz bottle yield?

It really depends upon what your doing with it and the strength you use. I used it to help temporarily acidity soil and it didn't go very far for my use.
