It fits a standard entree sized food container in the bottom, and then I place the other items on top of that. Of course this can only hold so much. Pay attention to the dimensions. My drink containers and coffee go in my bag but lunch goes in this. The hole is large enough that I can fit my hand through it and this can rest on my wrist and forearm. Neoprene is not going to keep your lunch cold for as long as some of the other kinds of material used for lunch bags, but neither is it as bulky. This is not leak-proof, but it contains the small amount of condensation sweat. Good little lunch bag.
