I don't see a clip in the pictures or details.** A: Yes it does have a clamp for attaching to cuff. **Q: How do you calibrate the gauge if it is not at 0? I also can't find any product information or user manual on gurinproducts.com?** A: Mine came with a little metal key. If you take the tube off the sphygmomanometer, you can stick the key in the hole on the bottom. That should reset and calibrate it. **Q: Why does it not have a stethoscope?** A: It is a basic medical instrument.
