My son, and I use it for our dermatitis, psoriasis (me), and eczema (him). His eczema cleared up very quickly, and mine took a bit longer. He said he only uses it once a week now, and I use it every few days. I haven’t noticed hair loss, I probably lose a few strands every shower, I’d say like three strands but that’s pretty normal for me. I don’t dye my hair or use products either but my hair seems to be the same texture. I think if used the way one would use tar shampoo (sparingly) it’s effective.
