Review: Highly effective and high quality - These + a pair of Felco classic pruners I purchased new in April & May. They are are well worth the money. Tomorrow is Halloween & I've been using them a LOT to aggressively thin and remove a lot of overgrowth from a neglected back yard. I had already ruined my old Fiscars. These Felcos are more expensive, but buying them once is way less expensive than buying cheaper ones over and over. They're stronger, too, much easier on my body and less time consuming to use. I'm taking down trash trees and overgrown privet with a small chain saw, then using these to cut and trim 1- 2" limbs for my wood chipper. Sometimes, I've had to lay them on the ground and push down with both hands to cut thru. Unlike with other loppers I've used, the only limiting factor with Felco, besides the appropriate size limb, is my own human strength. Review: Good Tool for long term use. - Powerhouse of a tool. Strong materials and well built. Would recommend for anyone with a business. They are pretty big and sharp which means really good leverage for cutting bigger diameter branches. ## Features - LIghtweight Aluminum Handles - Micrometric Adjustment Mechanism for Easy Blade Replacement - Carbon Steel Blades for Maximum Edge Retention - Phalate to Free Durable Grips - All Parts are Replaceble/Maintainable ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0787PVY8X | | Best Sellers Rank | #29,727 in Patio, Lawn & Garden ( See Top 100 in Patio, Lawn & Garden ) #10 in Hand Loppers | | Blade Edge | Serrated | | Blade Length | 240 Millimeters | | Blade Material | Metal, Metal, Metal | | Blade Type | Anvil | | Brand | FELCO | | Color | Red/Gray | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 4.6 out of 5 stars (450) | | Cutting Width | 1.2 Inches | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00783929100814, 00783929102016 | | Hand Orientation | Ambidextrous | | Handle Material | Aluminum | | Is Discontinued By Manufacturer | No | | Item Weight | 1.1 pounds | | Item model number | F 211-50 | | Language | German | | Manufacturer | FELCO | | Point Style | Round point | | Product Dimensions | 19.7"L x 1.38"W | | Size | 19.7 in | | Style | Classic | | UPC | 783929102016 783929100814 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** FELCO - **Color:** Red/Gray - **Item Weight:** 0.5 Kilograms - **Product Dimensions:** 19.7"L x 1.38"W - **Style:** Classic ## Images ![F211-50 Swiss Made Loppers for Gardening – 20" Lightweight Precision Loppers for Tree Trimming | Tree Branch Cutters | Tree Trimmer Tool with Curved Bypass Blade | I-Beam Handles | Landscape - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/714zY5Lum2L.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Es 1 tijera o 2 tijeras** A: Se dice tijeras por la razón de que se componen de dos piezas. **Q: Thanks for the answer of "avoid the largest" for women with small hands, Can I use size 19.7? Thanks.** A: I referred to the hand held pruners. You can use any size loppers as they are operated with both hands and I think you will like them **Q: I have a this model and they are great! the rubber stops when you close them have worn out. where can i buy them?** A: Any number of places: Google: "Felco pruner parts." **Q: What size/model of lopers is best for a woman with small hands - i use felco f6 pruning shears. thanks.** A: Most Felco loppers come with lightweight aluminum handles and their cutting blades are made of quality materials. Choosing the right lopper to use really depends on the thickness of branches you want to lop-off. The F211-50 you are looking at will cut branches that are 1.38 inches in diameter and the handle is about 20 inches long. My husband and I have 2 Felco loppers: (1) Felco 200A-60 which cuts the same diameter as the F211-50, but is has a 24-inch long handle which provides a very good leverage for cutting. (2) Falco 22 which can cut branches that are 1.77 inches diameter with a 33-inch long handle and slightly heavier than the F200A-60. As a small handed woman myself, I'm more comfortable with the F-200A-60, but I can manage the use of the F22 as well. We are really sold on the Swiss made Felco loppers, so when buying one make sure that it is Swiss made. Hope this helps you out. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly effective and high quality *by S***B on June 28, 2024* These + a pair of Felco classic pruners I purchased new in April & May. Strong materials and well built. Would recommend for anyone with a business. They are pretty big and sharp which means really good leverage for cutting bigger diameter branches. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended - One of the most versatile and heavily used garden tools we own *by B***S on April 13, 2025* Felco Pruning Loppers F20 PROS - We purchased our first set about six or seven years ago. - They have cut, and cut and cut throughout every year. - Cut quality is excellent. - The cutting blades have never lost their positioning tight against each other. - We take care not to cut branches that are outside the recommended size. - Drying, oiling and cleaning after use is easy and recommended. - The blades have never needed to be sharpened. - The red handles make the tool easy to find if left somewhere in the garden, - And are still in good condition. - The materials and construction are bullet-proof. - Swiss design and construction at its best. CONS - Expensive, but you get what you pay for. - Might be a bit too heavy for some people, - But she of we who is not strong, has had no problems. - The small rubber cushions, one on each handle, are wearing down. - But they are easy to replace. WOULD WE BUY AGAIN - Yes, we just have. - Not because the old pair have worn out, - We just thought it would be good to have another pair on hand, - In case of future supply problems. ## Frequently Bought Together - Felco Pruning Loppers (F 211-50) - Heavy Duty Ergonomical Hedge & Tree Limb Trimmer (50cm) - FELCO F-2 068780 Classic Manual Hand Pruner, F 2, Red - FELCO FELCO322 Model 322 Snips, Red --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/180146020-f211-50-swiss-made-loppers-for-gardening-20-lightweight-precision](https://www.desertcart.us/products/180146020-f211-50-swiss-made-loppers-for-gardening-20-lightweight-precision) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-03*
