When I received it the product had been left in my mailbox at a very very high temperature and the bottle was hot to the touch when I opened the packaging envelope it came in. According to the manufacturer, it needs to be kept at 70degrees Fahrenheit at the very most in order to stay active. In addition, the expiration date was all blurry and not legible so it may have been an expired product from the beginning. I honestly do not know. The product worked so good the first time I had ordered it but I was disappointed this time. Sometimes supplements have to be used with a break in between and one needs to go off of them every now and then but this could not have been the issue in this case. I had been off of it for at least a week before I got the second bottle. Because I am not sure of exactly why it was ineffective this time, I haven't used it since and because the supplier/seller does not seem to worry about leaving it in my mailbox at a day of 100 degrees out side, I have not ordered it again from this seller. The first time it was a different seller but I still have decided not to order it again as it is a little bit pricey for my budget to begin with. I may re order it when the weather cools off.
