They are well designed and well constructed. The components are of high quality. I own both red and blue cords and use them daily for a variety of exercises. The results have been impressive. I injured my rotator cuff a few months ago and underwent physical therapy. Following programed therapy I have used the FitCords for home therapy based on the training I received during programed therapy.
