I have worn hair systems for nearly 20 years. Over the years, I have used a lot of hair systems. I realize, each one is unique. I can normally get 3 months out of each system. I know how to care for them. I carefully wash and style my hair 3-4 times a week. I have been extremely happy with the systems I have purchased from this seller, would rate them all 5 Stars+, and great value. I had this system on less than a month, when almost all the hair fell out. Once it started, it came out very quickly. All the hair in the lace areas is gone, where the poly is, the hair still looks dense. Luckily, I always have an extra system in case of a situation like this. This particular system was faulty. It happens. Emailed seller, heard nothing. Will stress, I have bought numerous systems from this seller, and all the others were awesome, some of the best systems I have ever used.
