And I have a nearly flat stomach. That's going from miserable bloating, for decades, to a nearly flat stomach. I actually can fit in my pants without them being uncomfortably tight and I have noticed my back and joints have stopped aching constantly. I cannot believe that I have finally found only one product that has helped me so much! If you have problems with constant bloating, diarrhea, sour stomach, (basically, ibs symptoms) this should be your go to. I have had severe problems with ibs-d my entire life. I have switched jobs over and over, then went to college and finished so I could work in an environment conducive to helping me mitigate my symptoms. I.e., sitting more and being able to use the restroom immediately when needed, ect. It's been a long long debilitating journey. In January, of this year, I was given the opportunity to work from home, which is really where I started the arduous process of once and for all trying to fix my ibs-d.
