We have the other one, Welcome to the Symphony as well and buy these for birthday and holiday gifts for friends and family. This version has a button on the back to turn the sound off--at first I thought the book was broken but then I realized it was a brilliant update :) The book not only helps my little one with reading as she follows along and pushes the buttons, but it has also developed her ear for different types of instruments when we listen to music together. The rich pictures and story lines of the little characters navigating their ways through understanding what IS jazz makes it engaging as well as informative.
