I wanted to use this cookware for many weeks before giving my review. I followed the directions! I didn't use any spray oil, only butter or oil. I don't usually cook dry but have no doubt nothing would stick as I used the steamer a lot and small pieces fall through and stick to the side of the pan but they wipe off easily. I have never had to soak or scrub and actually could have just used a paper towel to wipe clean. I have cooked everything from pasta meals to meats, eggs, and browned potatoes with no problems. Heat distribution is superb. I had always wanted cookware I could display below my dishes and this cookware is beautiful. It doesn't discolor and looks brand new after many weeks of constant use. I read some of these reviews and really thought long and hard about whether to try it. I'm also grateful for the price. If I had seen them beforehand I would have been willing to spend easily much more. The price is unbelievably low for the quality. The bakeware was also included and it's the same heavy duty quality.
