A: No, I don't see any sign this is kosher and I have no idea why that other person said it is. You can see right there on the label, there is no kosher certification there.

**Q: how long can it be stored at room temperature before it goes bad?**
A: Mynn by last batch lasted two months before it started to go bad. I usually finish it before then so I typically leave it in the counter

**Q: How long does it last at room temp? In the fridge?**
A: No need to refrigerate it its better to use it room temp as its a solid fat and will last several months without any rancidity.

**Q: Mine doesnt solidify even at room temperature? Its more oily and gritty ..should i return it?**
