It's a multitasking miracle worker for face, body and scalp. I suffer from the occasional eczema outbreak on my scalp and this clay calmed it down almost immediately. It makes an excellent exfoliating facial scrub that is effective but gentle, and is free from irritating ingredients. Once a week I follow up my exfoliating routine by making a bowl of rhassoul paste and applying it to face, body and hair. It gives my thick, curly hair a lovely shine and also primes it for a later henna application. I have used the bulk bags of pure ghassoul before, but I think I'll be switching over to this product, as it has argan oil and rosemary extracts already included. There is also eucalyptus oil but the scent is not super-strong like it is in the beldi soap. Overall the scent of this powder is very subtle and pleasant. All I do to prepare the powder for application is stir in warm water and a tablespoon of Damascus rosewater.
