I have had low functioning thyroid and like the natural form of iodine. I also got dried flakes to add to my soups and other recipes.

This dulse leaf was fresh, dense and easy to use. I tore it in smaller pieces and added it to my smoothie. This was mainly used for the medical medium heavy metals smoothie.
