I've always loved Genmaicha, and the toasty notes are obviously the best part. I've tried other loose leaf Genmaichas, but I keep coming back to Ocha & Co for the balance of tea leaves and toasted rice. I find little to no bitterness when I drink it. I brew a pot of water to 170F (~76C), steep 4 grams of tea in 16 oz of water for 45 seconds. If I want something stronger, I'll brew it for 55 seconds. I just love this tea so much!!!
