Gently tugging the skin in the opposite direction, peel it off slowly. Take time and try to remove it like band-aid. 2. Two ways to make it easy. First is go to shower, fully wet the tape, lather on the suds, then slowly remove it. Or use baby oil, let it sit for 10~15 minites, it will lossen it adhesion, then gently remove it.
