**Q: What is the expiration date?**
A: Expiration dates usually run anywhere from 18 months to two years from purchase date.

**Q: Does the capsule bottle come sealed? Because mine did not. Seal was open already and cannot refund per policy but would like a sealed replacement**
A: It does come sealed and should be replaced immediately at no cost. If bought through Amazon, it should refund either to your bank account or to your Amazon account. I’ve never had a problem with returns or refunds through Amazon, even when it was reported that my vitamins were hand delivered but I never received them. Everything was resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

**Q: Does it taste bitter?**
A: Nope.

A: Yes. It shows the ingredients on the 6th picture to the right (using mobile so I swipe the pics) but they do show the ingredients and yes it does have that in it. I didn’t notice until I got the bottle so don’t feel bad. You have to look real carefully under the white part of the pic of ingredients to see the other stuff in them.

If you are looking for a highly concentrated, budget-friendly source of Bitter Melon and Berberine to assist with metabolic health and blood sugar maintenance, this is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it for its quality and outstanding value.

I had this, then got rid of it because I thought that this was not doing the job. I was not checking my levels, but I did after I got rid of it! It kept the levels down (even when eating the wrong things - a little) and it does it in a smooth, more gradual way that helps to keep the levels down. Ceylon cinnamon drops it abruptly, but does not really keep i down in a steady way. Bitter Melon is supposed to work with the pancreas to help produce or enhance insulin levels. So this is actually a better solution - or get them both! I made a mistake before, but I highly recommend this. There was another brand that I used that was GREAT (15:1 organic), but the feds got on top of them to shut them down while they were making nothing but the best, pure and organic stuff.
