A: I'm not sure, but if it is possible, I'm sure it will be MUCH more money. I just bought the closest measurement size and folded the screen.

A: I believe the charcoal because overall, that color is darker than grey.

This privacy screen works awesome! I only wish I got one a tiny bit longer to cover my entire balcony BUT it's still a great really nice cover. This one is 3'x13'. I like how strong it is. Not to thick, not to thin. Just right for me. I like the dark grey color too. Also came w/zip ties. Didn't even use them all. Now to see how long this will hold up.
