### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Give it time to work and you won’t be disappointed

I was uncertain about trying a magnesium supplement because I wasn’t sure what the results would be. I have issues with sleep, muscle cramps, and regularity, so I figured trying it for a couple months wouldn’t hurt. First things first, no supplement is going to work overnight. That was the same here. I didn’t immediately sleep better, and it took several weeks to feel a major difference overall. However, because of the magnesium citrate in this blend, I did notice a gentle improvement in digestion issues within the first week. The real test, for me, is whether supplements will continue to work while being away from home for longer than a few days. I am usually miserable for all the reasons I was interested in taking magnesium in the first place. Not to give TMI, but whenever I’m on vacation or on a work trip, I’m always concerned whether I’ll have quick, normal bathroom trips or if it’s going to be a cringing week of feeling like my entire digestion system has stopped working completely. My test for this supplement came last week. One, sleep was easy to come by even on an uncomfortable bed. Two, I scrambled all over rocks and trails every day, and my muscles felt only normal fatigue. Three, I was successful in the bathroom when I needed to go, and sadly that was more exciting than the other benefits of magnesium… So. All that being said, if you have any symptoms that have been found to be helped by magnesium, give it a try. Don’t expect an immediate response; keep in mind it can take a few weeks for your body to adjust. Also, if you're on prescription medication, make sure it won’t interfere with your meds and time your intake appropriately.
