**Q: Will this bag hold a bolster & a yoga mat?**
A: This bag will hold a large bolster and a yoga mat and a blanket and blocks as well if needed.  It opens very wide and is very roomy.

**Q: Are the dimensions shown correct? The distance from the top of handle to the base is given as 12” but in the image it looks more.**
A: I would say that it is 12" from the top of the handle to the bottom of the handle.  It is a great bag for keeping your mat in.

Good strurdy bag, but oversized for most yoga stuff. It's very much longer than most mats so, even with foam blocks, blanket etc, it's quite floppy and falls over/open. Easy to carry, though and zipped pocket is useful.
