This was one of the lower priced capes on Amazon and it fit my 18-year old daughter's needs perfectly. The cape definitely needed to be ironed before use. I suggest using a cloth beneath and on top of the cape because the red color did transfer when I ironed it. The cloth will protect the glittery W as well. You'll probably need to mist the cape with water to get the wrinkles out. The strap was long enough to fit around her neck comfortably. It wasn't the highest quality costume out there but for a simple costume, it was perfect.
