Been pretty rainy so I have gotten the chance to really test them out. I walk my dogs a couple miles every day. Lots of walking through tall grass and fields. So with it being raining I am usually soaked. The boots stood up for 3 days as waterproof. On the third day they soaked through. Since then I have dried them out well a few times. As soon as they hit water now they soak right through. The main body beneath is a cross weave nylon that looks like rip stop material. **Q: Are these really waterproof up to the ankle?
