I’m very pleased with how they went above and beyond to make me happy, I will certainly purchase from them again.I expected this item to be tiney and it was - if you glued 4 wooden toothpicks together they would be about the size of this product. It was the thought that counted to me, a four word philosophical statement I’ve told my son his whole life. I wanted him to have them as a keepsake after I’m gone (I’m 75) to remind him of the sentiment. Well, it was the sentiment that mattered and that was what was screwed up. The four words were engraved in the wrong order and therefore made no sense. I would have given one star but the seller was very sweet and helpful about wanting to send me a corrected item but I did not want to bother with taking and sending four photos of the product for something I was disappointed in anyway. I have decided to go find a seller who has a better quality product, which will cost more, but I believe will therefore take more care on fulfilling their customer's wishes.
