**Q: is it a real sword**
A: The hilt is metal and the blade is steel so it's looks and feels pretty real, the swors is a bit short though doesn't exactly feel full size

A: Yes. We hung the plaque on the wall as a place to store the sword, but you can take it off the plaque very easily. It's just resting on two pegs.
