Aficiandos know the stumbling block is you are adding a sweet syrup to a sweet soda so you are greatly increasing the proportion of sugar to liquid volume. I find that is not a problem here, but you'll have to experiement to use the least amount of this cherry syrup (to avoid over-sweetening) that will still give you that delicious Cherry Coke flavor.
