After some searching and trial and error I found these guys who produce GMO free, grass-fed collagen in the EU. They’re not the cheapest but I trust the brand, I like that they source collagen from the EU rather than the US (U.K. would be better), their collagen powder dissolves better than the competition, and I actually quite like the taste. The only issue I have is that they don’t do a type 2 collagen powder and said that the reason is the taste would be too strong for customers. I can’t find type 2 powder from the EU anywhere else so I’m hoping they change their mind.
