They must have increased how much or the type of adhesive they use because, if anything, it sticks too quickly and is hard to adjust if it goes in crooked. I used this initially as a buffer on the face of a strobe light for the rear window on my truck. It worked GREAT. No rattling or light leakage. Then I used it on the bottom of two storm doors - applied on a warmer day (65°) and it stuck immediately and very well. I intend to buy another roll so that I can put it on my truck's side rails to help prevent water leakage under my tri-fold tonneau cover. I have zero issues with thisproduct. Oh yeah, the package says it "contains (2) 8 1/2" strips". Even in the new math that equals 17 feet. Whiners...
