**Q: will the test strips from the  older 2012 sd codefree kit fit this blood sugar monitor please**
A: No, they don't. I have both meters, and can confirm that the strips are quite different

**Q: Where can I find the software download which works with this meter and the lead?**
A: This is a stand alone device, no software or lead required.

**Q: I have this monitor but keeps saying E-2 not enough blood? I dont know what im doing wrong. Im putting the strip in pricking and placing to draw up.**
A: The lancing device is not adequate. Experienced similar problem with 2 devices sent by this company. Purchased from another source and the product worked fine.

**Q: Can you use any test strips in this machine?**
A: No these ones are the only ones ,they are quite small ,other strips are slightly bigger
