I was able to fit three pair of change of clothes.(which luckily we’re not needed.), a water bottle and a juice box in the two side pockets, baby wipes, and a few toys. It is incredibly roomy and the Plastic is much stronger than I had anticipated. I love the two side netting pockets, and the front zipper pouch is perfect for a phone, car keys, sunglasses, inhalers or anything else you might need to get to quickly.
