This ball is nice in that it is a slip resistant You're not going to slide off if you start rolling to that very edge you can still going to stay on the ball That's a plus for me so then I can I get more work done and create better angles for myself when exercising so the thickness is great The shape it's round it's perfect The durability I use it everyday it gets beat up it's been left out outside a few times it cleans up really good so the ease of use was good I have my own electric blow up so I don't use their hand pumps because they don't really put nice ones in there and that's across the board That's nothing against this ball but ease of use is very good and if someone is looking for this it's very good product.

**Q: I’m 5’7 and want to use this as a birthing ball i’m not sure if i should get an xl or a l! what’s the difference in birthing and exercising sizes?**
A: Hi! I'm a Doula. It depends on which stage of that labor you are using the ball. For early labor For a 5 7 lady, I would use 65 ball. The key is, when you sit on the ball, you want your hips and your knee to be straight across, forming a 90 degree angle at the knee bend. You want to keep the top of your pelvis open to receive baby's head. Once baby's head has enteted the pelvis later in labor, you will want a smaller ball that nrings you closer to a squating position. This opens the lower part of the pelvis to allow baby to decend the canal.

**Q: why is the measurement tape so huge? I bought the second largest size and it's impossible to blow it up per the silly measurement tape. inflated std**
A: The tape with a 65cm mark is ~200cm long. This is a circumference, 200cm = ~64cm diameter.
My ball inflated to a reasonable pressure is ~180cm in circumference, which is around 57cm or 22" in diameter. So the tape is correct but I was sent a smaller size M (22") instead of L (26").
I see I'm not the only one received a smaller size.

**Q: Does this product contain any pvc? if so, is it 16p free?**
A: No pvc

**Q: Would this ball hold up outside during cold winter months?**
A: Cold might shrink it-I would not recommend.

Very cost effective fitness ball, I use it for lumbar physical therapy and it works as expected. Has many other uses for fitness as well. Retains air well, pump was included and worked as well. So far it seems very durable.
