Boswellia Serrata is sometimes called "Indian frankincense" or "Salai guggul". **Q: Can these be useful for an inflamed stomach please?** A: I've been trying them out for an inflamed bowel (ulcerative colitis). I'm currently taking one Turmeric capsule and one Boswellia Serrata capsule per day. I think they're helping, but I can't be sure which is better. The healing process is very slow and I'm trying to speed it up a bit.
