With a bit of practice, I was soon whizzing along with the dog. Contacted the seller to send a replacement haven't till this day (before the issues in China). I received a scooter bag instead. Have now requested to return.Scooter is amazing at first. After a week battery starts running low all the time on 12 min journeys. The back plastic where the red light is is so fragile and bad plastic has already cracked. I am careful with it in every way but still its running like a 1-2 yr old scooter. Is now making a rattling noise which is quite worrying that something may have gone loose so not using it.
