This has become my go to pre workout. I highly recommend starting with 1 scoop, its a small scoop but thats perfect for beginners and 8 oz of water as there is a tingling affect. No stomach upset, make sure you're drinking plenty of water. As a coach and lifter, this is excellent for focus, energy etc. The taste is great and although cheaper then some, I strongly recommend it!
