Professional 10 inch by 1 inch straight sided pizza pan. Pre seasoned aluminum. Exceptional durability, Heavy 14-gauge aluminum, rolled rim for strength and grip, retains oil for a buttery flavor, produces chewier crust, PFAS free, water-based release coating. Fast cooking, easy clean-up. All LloydPans that feature our Pre Seasoned Tuff-Kote (PSTK), Silver-Kote, and Dura-Kote are oven safe to 700° when empty. However, the introduction of food brings with it a natural moisture barrier that keeps the surface of the pans cooler and making it possible for them to withstand significantly higher temperatures without any resulting damage. Even wood burning ovens that sustain temperatures of 900° + are not a threat to the integrity of our pans as long as the food that’s being prepared on them is closely monitored so that it isn’t burned.
