Has not warped even a little bit after a few runs through the dishwasher. Cleans up easily in the sink as well. Heavy chopping has thus far not resulted in noticeable "scars". Will update if that changes over time for some reason. The rubber ends are great at keeping the board still on the counter which is another good reason to buy this one. I usually use the flat side of the board for raw veggie prep, but I have used the side with the gap/reservoir to slice small roasts and chickens, and it has performed perfectly for that (no overflow).Worth noting that the actual surface available for cutting is smaller than the full listed dimensions of the board (15.8" x 11.8") due to those rubber ends and the handle. I say this because, practically speaking, this isn't a very large cutting board. It's perfect for cutting one ingredient at a time, then transferring to another plate/bowl while you cut the next. It does not really afford you enough space to cut something up, push it to the corner, then cut something else up unless you don't care about chopping/slicing in an enclosed amount of space (or are preparing very small amounts of food). If you prefer a larger cutting board, get something that is over 20 inches wide. THEY ARE WONDERFUL!First of all, they are light and easy to pick up and move. Secondly, they have that lovely hand grip on one end that lets me reach into the cabinet and get them without fussing or bending. There is also a small drip channel around the edge that catches juice from tomatoes, which I cut a lot as I make fresh tomato sauce all summer long. Finally, I discovered an added benefit! This board is slimmer than the old wooden one so it lowered the height of the work surface by a good 2 inches. (I do the same thing with a larger board & larger rimmed sheet, for larger roasts or whole chickens/turkeys.)The rubber trims on this one help keep it in place during use, which is a plus.
