Some of the straps have broken also. The cover had only been removed maybe half a dozen times through the course of the summer. Tears did not occur through human error or removal/installation. **Q: My sectional is 79” long. Is there enough play in the 78” length measurement to accommodate it?** A: If you can move parts of the sectional, you might have it fit. I covered a loveseat and two side chairs (turning one chair next to the loveseat) and was able to use it. It serves my purpose to protect against rain, but probably fits better on a table set. I like that it is light weight and flexible. **Q: What's all included with this item** A: It is just a cover, nothing else. The cover has the strings to adjust the size and make it tide around the furniture but is all one piece. I get alot of wind in my backyard and over the course of that time, it put a stretch on the strap and eventually two got ripped off from a very windy day.
