These are great for summer shoes! The wool felt is not scratchy like some other brands. They stay in place when you take off the shoes even without a "grippy" bottom. They absorb moisture so my feet don't turn into ice cycles. You can also trim them to fit your shoe. You may need to get a larger size shoe though depending on how your shoes fit. I use an orthotic insert and these so I get a shoe size larger. I have tried numerous wool inserts and recommend these.
