**Q: Does this work for biking or does it irritate the back of the knee as you peddle?**
A: I haven’t biked with it, but I use it when on the elliptical I I don’t have irritation

**Q: can you wear it underneath clothing for hours at a time?**
A: Yes as long as you make sure the velcro is correctly placed as it will rub and irritate your skin.  I preferred wearing mine over my clothes for this reason.

**Q: Can I go swimming with it on my knee**
A: I would say yes. Shouldn't hurt the materials in any way. And you will be able to move your knee.

**Q: can I use soccer? how is stables?**

This helped me when I get bakers cysts behind my knees !! I’ve alternated using this brace on my left and right knee - sometimes it need to be adjusted slightly as it slips a bit - over all it helps to support issues when my partially torn meniscus gets out of place which is on and off for left and right knee. I would recommend this and buy again . I find it has more than one functionality and helps for more than one issue which makes this a wonderful product ! It is also durable and portable - making it practical !
