## Description

Gaia essentials balance ball & Base kit features a 65cm balance ball that works great behind a desk in the office as well as at home as a yoga or stability workout ball. The base keeps the ball chair in place and it will not roll when not in use (balance ball and base are not connected and can be removed for ball only workouts). multi-purpose birthing ball is constructed of a quality rubber that is anti-burst and safe for users up to 300lbs. Kit includes an air pump, so you can setup and use directly out of the box. Note: it may be necessary to re-inflate the ball after initial inflation to allow the ball’s material to stretch to its final Size. Inflate ball with air, let stand for 24 hours, deflate 50% then fill again to 65cm height.

This is a solid product with clear instructions. It works great as a replacement for my office chair- it is very comfortable and just the right size. There is also a guide included for suggested exercises that I found helpful. Got this for pregnancy and labor— didn’t end up using it. VERY thick material, which would. Be great for exercise but it was tougher to use for comfort with pain. I don’t love that the stand is also inflatable. It takes 24 hours to let it sit after “half” inflating it then you deflate and then reinflate.. and even with my little electric pump it took awhile. Can’t imagine using the hand pump it came with. I’m sure it would be great for exercise and it seems durable once you can use it but that beginning process is a little much. I wish I could return it but I went into labor early and missed the window. 🙃
