**Q: Is this tempered chocolate?**
A: No this is not like real chocolate that you have to temper. Taste is good but not as tasty as the real chocolate that needs tempering.  I like this for coconut balls or chocolate dipped oreos. It's very easy to melt and does not bloom like real chocolate that needs tempering process to avoid bloom etc.

This is my go to melting choir candies, treats and puddings! They melt easily in double boiler, be careful if melting in the microwave, they do melt quickly. They temper well and make amazing treats!
