To the best of my knowledge, the only leaf that is edible is 24k gold. **Q: Is it double sided?** A: Yes, the color is through and through so both sides are the same color. **Q: what are these made of and will they tarnish it not sealed?** A: I don't know what they are made of but I have had no issue with tarnishing with any of the colors in my artwork which is sitting out exposed.
