Review: Very likely the best honey I’ve ever tasted - This is just so good, real honey the way I remember it from when my cousin had bee hives when I was a child. This particular version of Black Bee’s honey has a very thick almost crunchy texture and a really robust flavour that stays in your senses for a good few minutes after you’ve indulged yourself. I’ve tried five of their honeys to date and have to say this still stands as my favourite. It has a definite nod towards the taste of manuka in my opinion and I love it, so now have it on subscription. The Black Bee honey story of how it all began is on YouTube if anyone is curious. I doubt very much that I’ll get my indulgence from any other supplier from now on.

A: Yes - all our honeys are considered raw.

**Q: Last time when I purchased it’s runny but this time it’s with crystals why**
A: Crystallised honey just means that it has a higher water content. If you want to make it runny heat it very, very gently and allow the water to evaporate. Do not overheat or microwave as this will destroy the valuable contents of this natural unpasturised product. This is REAL honey!
