I think jeep should ask rough country about some deal Review: A good investment - I had origionally bought a Hooke Road hood lift/support kit and when it arrived had numerous pieces, crap instructions and just didnt look to be a high quality. So I got this from RC. For starters they have a video for assembly on their website. Far less pieces and looks like an all around better quality. The starting part to hold and catch the first two nuts was a bit tricky by myself leaning over the front and trying to keep my fingers on the wedge while keeping it flush and enough pressure to catch the bolt. I found duct taping the bracket to the hood helped as it freed up the extra hand I didnt have. After that all went quickly. So far its working as expected and making closing and opening the hood easier.
