I had used some oil in my hair that my grey hair absorbed and became brown. Using the Pre- shampoo a few times restored it to its natural state. It also left my hair feeling nice and soft. I’ll never know. There is no way a human can remove the cap to get to the inner seal to actually use the product. My husband and I tried every means possible including vice grips. You’d have to saw the top off. I don’t need any product this badly. I was disappointed when I asked for a replacement that they actually expect me to take a trip to UPS to return this tiny bottle.I’m sad that I didn’t get to try it because I hate purple shampoos.
