A: There are 4 to one pack so if you buy 4 packs you get 16. One pack 4 mice, two packs 8 mice etc

**Q: Does this contain captnip?**
A: Actually, it does contain catnip. I thought it didn’t. I opened one up and found catnip in all of the mice

**Q: Where are these toys made?**
A: I have no idea.  My guess would be China but I don't know for sure.  My cat loved them and I don't have the package any longer.
