Keyboarding, cooking, knitting, gardening, weaving. Carpel tunnel was apparent, though not too bad. I'd expected it as I've had two surgeries on my right wrist/hand. I have the smaller one of these braces and I like it. However, it isn't long enough to give my joints a rest at night.I decided to order this one (without the stabilizing inserts). I just love it. It's long enough to immobilize the wrist/hand yet isn't stiff and confining. It's cool, flexible if you need to move your thumb, and very comfortable all night long. And - it's adjustable and comfortable.It's a bit confusing to put on your wrist the first time. This version fit my wrist well, but was too large on my hand and thumb, so it didn't properly support my CMC joint.
