I cooked turkey thighs and breast tenderloins with carrots and they were delicious! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sure fire way to ensure your turkey does not go dry *by D***T on 7 January 2022* We smoke a turkey every year and some years it’s better than others as certain factors can make it vary. The last two years I have used these parchment bags and each time the bird came out PERFECT! I typically smoke it or you could bake it for a few hours to get a golden brown outside or help the smoke get in and then simply place the bird in the bag and roll it up tight and fold underneath. I did leave the thermometer it and had the cord come out of the bag. You could also use an app based one which would work better. No basting, no tenting, no wrapping of wing tips. None of that. Just let it cook and once done let it sit in the bag for a few minutes before opening. Turkeys, chickens, heck even briskets I bet could be done with these.
