So far the pairs seem to be mostly plain white with one tiny applique on the front. There is a toddler potty training chart inside the box with stickers, as you can see on my picture... Most of the stickers don't actually separate from the backing, they just tear off. Functionality is poor. The idea is great.

These are very cute, but may run a bit small. I got my daughter a 3t thinking she could grow into them and they’re actually already a little snug. She just turned three so i would probably have go up a size if you order them.
